Entrants must be resident in the UK. Employees of Kiddy Cook, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
Entries must be received by midnight GMT 30 November 2020. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of posting or sending is not proof of receipt. Automatically generated entries and entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered. Entries become the property of the Promoter and are not returned.
Only one entry per family. No entrant may win more than one prize.
All correctly completed entries will be entered into the competition and the winner will be announced on 5 December 2020. There will only be one winner.
The prize for the winner is a child;s Kiddy Cook branded apron personalised with their name.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified via email by Monday 7 December 2020. The winner must claim their prize within 1 months of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

The Promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the competition, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this competitionand any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
